Legend Truck Mount Deep Steam Cleaning Machine

Powerful but compact the Legend truck mounted deep steam cleaning machine is a standard among carpet cleaning and water extraction service companies. Designed and manufactured to outlast the van or truck it's mounted in, the Legend provides unparalleled performance in virtually any application. The machine is also used for flood restoration work. All Prochem heat exchange systems are made from the finest quality stainless steel and copper composite materials. The unit is powered by an air cooled Kohler Command 25 HP engine. The vacuum blower is rated at 270 CFM with 14" HG at 3029 RPM. It has a CAT 3CP 3.6 GPM, 1,000 PSI water pump. The water is continuously heated by a three state heat exchanger and it has a 66 gallon recover tank (55 at shutdown). Lastly, the Legend includes last step chemical injection.

 

Panther Truck Mount Deep Steam Cleaning Machine

Panther's compact size and light weight allows for easy installation in any small 1/2 ton-related van or truck with plenty of room for extra tools and equipment. The Panther provides work-saving continuous heated supply of water through a state-of-the-art 100% stainless steel, top-mounted heat cross fire exchange system. The powerful Roots™ Positive displacement rotary lobes vacuum blowers produces plenty of mercury lift and cfm power. The Panther's powerful Roots™ blower, in combination with a constant supply of heated water, dramatically reduces carpet drying time. Powered by a fuel efficient Kohlertm Command Engine designed to meet strict emission standards. In addition, quiet dB (A) sound power levels help OEM's comply with worldwide noise regulations. These engines are the finest twin cylinder OHV air-cooled engines that money can buy. The 2500 PSI Hypro or Cat high pressure pumps provide plenty of spraying power. Temperature can be controled at the unit or the through the double-bend duel wand which includes a control bypass with temperature gauge. Thermostatically Controlled Temperature adjustable 50° F - 230° F. Finally, the Panther includes a last step chemical injection feature.

Chem-Tex Premium Protector

Carpet and upholstery protector that repels water, oil and dry soils. Makes future cleaning easier. Chemical has a hazardous rating and is considered combustable, flammable and an irritant. Special safety measures should be used when applying this product. Avoid any contact with skin or eyes by wearing fully covering clothing, gloves and eye goggles. A NIOSH approved respirator should be used. The product is not considered a carcinogen (cancer causing).
