MBM has the expertise to maintain, update, repair or replace any system, large or small. Whatever your initial ventilation system problem, MBM will repair it.

MBM also inspects the system for any other issues that may exist or might become a problem later on; and, with your permission, proceed to provide you with a clean, fixed, safe system that will last.

MBM repairs or replaces thermostats, air handlers, registers, ducts, fans, fire boxes, heat pumps, boilers, pans, filters, plenums, flues, blowers, humidifiers, exchangers, insulation, drains, coils, panels, and much more. Damaged systems due to fire, flood or human error are put right quickly and professionally.

MBM is water damage restoration certified for the repair and replacement of air ducts damaged due to flooding or fire. We are also Ventilation System Microbial Remediation (VSMR) Certified. This means we are available for the removal or treatment of any kind of mold, mildew, fungus or other type of organic growth problem in and around your air duct system (see Microbial Remediation here).

If your system was not originally sized right for your home, we can expand it. We ensure the proper amount of air flow to each room and balance return with supply to ensure neutral air flow and maximum efficiency of your system (see Air Balancing here). MBM is an authorized dealer of Goodman, Amana, Carrier and Trane.

Duct Replacement

MBM is a ducting abatement and replacement expert. If required our engineers will design an efficient replacement duct system for your existing system and your current home layout to ensure proper air flow.

Metal or flexible ducting is available depending upon what is right for the job. MBM makes sure the entire duct work is sealed to prevent leaking and poor efficiency. Registers and vents are inspected and adjusted to ensure proper air flow and balance throughout.
