We opened our doors in 1998 with three people and one van for air duct cleaning only. Today we’ve grown to employee over 15 people with a fleet of three vans and two trucks carrying the latest in air duct cleaning equipement. We specializes in HVAC (ventilation) System and Air Duct Cleaning, Duct Replacement/Design, Water Extraction, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning/Stretching, and Upholstery Cleaning. We service residential and commercial properties throughout the greater Houston area. In addition to our cleaning and restoration services, we offer customers such products as Electrostatic/Electronic filters, UV-light Cleansers and more.

We are Certified members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), a member of the Houston Apartment Association (HAA), and please check our record with the Metropolitan Houston Better Business Bureau (BBB). We are also licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), Texas Air Conditioning License #B023646E.

Here at MBM Cleaning, Inc. we believe in technology, innovation and excellence. We use state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and tools, specific to the required application. For our indoor solutions, we use only HEPA filtered collection devices. Our technicians adhere to NADCA Standards ACR 2002. With over 5,000 ventilation systems cleaned, our staff is experienced and understands the variety of systems and conditions to be found in the greater Houston and surrounding area.

We won’t make you wait around all day for our cleaning technician. We call our customers the evening before to give you a one hour window and the job is always done before we leave, with no mess left behind.

October 2004
Sending three technicians to the Fall 2004 Technical Education Seminars sponsored by NADCA. Seminars include, "Next Generation Duct Cleaning & Remediation Techniques," "Cleaning Porous Ductwork," "Application of Anti-Microbial Products," "Evaluating & Cleaning Flex Ducts," and much more. Our technicians will also be taking the ASCS Certification Exam (Air System Cleaning Specialists) which tests their knowledge of the NADCA ACR (Assessment, Cleaning and Restoration) 2002 Standards and OSHA regulations to name a few.

August 2004
We are excited to announce our new toll free number, 1-800-AIR-DUCT. We know this addition will increase recognition and better enable current and future customers to more easily contact us.

July 2004
We are happy to announce a new AC Technician to the staff. Moty Gallila has 14 years experience in HVAC systems.

May 2004
No more renting for us, we purchased wonderful new digs which include two buildings with 3200 square feet each and a secure parking area for the company vehicles. We are currently leasing out one of the buildings, but look forward to continually expand our operation to fill every nook and cranny.

January 2004
New truck and crew added. The new truck is a 14 foot cut-away truck with room to hold the brand new negative air flow equipment for air duct and HVAC system cleaning, and the brand new commercial grade, truck mounted, deep steam cleaning equipment. In addition one of our fully trained technicians (three month training and certification) was put in charge of the truck and two new assistants were hired.
